Cherries n' Berries Smoothie
My roommates have recently got me onto a smoothie kick so I figured I should share my favorite fruit concoction - Dark Cherries, Blueberries & Blackberries!
I love making thick smoothies that almost seem as though they are ice cream. It's a great way to kick a craving while also getting good fuel into your body. So feel free to take this recipe and run with it - add more or less milk to change the consistency, sneak in some spinach or kale to get a boost of veggies, or some protein powder to fuel your recovery. With smoothies the possibilities are endless.
Cherries n' Berries Smoothie
- 1 cup PC Power Fruit Blend (any combo of frozen Dark cherries, blueberries and blackberries will do the trick!)
- 1/4 cup PC Power Fruit Skyr (0%MF)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2-1 cup Skim Milk (depending on desired consistency)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy right away or freeze in ice cube trays to make popsicles.
